Frequently Asked Questions

Gluerangutan

Gluerangutan was developed by selecting from 150,000 plants grown in 2019, then backcrossed over three seasons until the cut stabilised. Its genetics trace to the Harambe line, combining OG Kush (compact bud structure, earthy-spicy-citrus terpenes), GG4 (the caryophyllene backbone and resin density it's named for), and Afghani Hash Plant (trichome density and a high calyx-to-leaf ratio).

The aroma is lemon, pine, and fuel — trans-caryophyllene is the dominant terpene (0.92–1.28%), with alpha-humulene, limonene, fenchol, and linalool rounding it out. Total terpenes typically run 3.6–4.8%, and THC sits in the 28.1–31.9% range, usually around 30%. It's grown outdoors on Salt Spring Island in living organic soil, watered entirely with rainwater collected off the farm's roofs.
